This is a community-focused event bringing together holistic, integrative, and wellness professionals to educate, connect, and support preventative health and is co-hosted by Functional Healing, LLC and The Center of Balance, LLC.
When & where is the Expo?
March 28, 2026 from 10 am-3 pm at the Waynesboro Area Ymca. It is free and open to the public to attend.
What can I expect at the Expo?
Attendees can explore wellness vendors, attend short educational talks, connect with practitioners, and discover resources that support whole-body health. There will be wellness giveaways & raffles such as products, consultations, and health tools for those that attend!
Will there be speakers?
Yes! We will have short breakout sessions throughout the day covering multiple topics such as nutrition, pelvic health, mindset, hormones, movement, and integrative therapies. There are two areas where these lectures will take place--one is the Classroom at the front of the YMCA and the second designated area will be in the back corner of the gym.
Will there be food available?
Yes! We have health forward food trucks offering delicious and locally sourced options available for purchase throughout the door. These include Lotus Bowl and Gerber Burger.
